Shipping, Returns & Refunds
For orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts) we offer Free Standard Shipping within the continental U.S.* If you'd like to have your order expedited, we offer 3 Business Day, 2 Business Day, and Next Business Day options. Detailed shipping costs are available during checkout.
Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the next business day! Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Standard shipping option does not guarantee same-day processing and shipping.
Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.
Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

*SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGES
In the event that an order is processed incorrectly or you receive a damaged and/or defective item(s) please contact Customer Care immediately via email at email@example.com before shipping your item(s) back to us. This will avoid your item being shipped back to you if the warehouse was not aware your item was received in damaged condition.
We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you insure and track your package. Customers are welcome to use their shipping method of choice; however, return shipping cost for a third-party shipping service is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by our company. A $9.95 return fee applies to all orders, regardless of shipping method used.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
